Job Description
In the capacity of Store Manager, your role will encompass aiding in the day-to-day administration of the restaurant in one of the higher volume stores. You'll guide the team during high-traffic service hours, conduct crew training, enhance the guest experience proactively, and provide assistance in inventory and financial management whenever necessary.
We acknowledge that experience can manifest in diverse ways, to clarify:
- Prior involvement in overseeing or managing teams within a dynamic high volume setting
- Background in providing outstanding customer service
