Job Description
As a
Baker, you will be responsible for preparing
and baking a variety of sourdough breads
and confectionery and ensuring the highest
quality and consistency. You are passionate
about baking and while you may have
experience working with sourdough, here are
some of the responsibilities you will be tasked
with:
- All stages of production from preparing to baking of bread, cakes and pastries
- Ensuring the quality of products meets our standards and consistency
- Assisting with receiving stocks, checking and ensuring quality of ingredients used in baking production
- Maintaining and upkeep of kitchen machinery and equipment
