Job Description

As a District Manager, you will oversee the administration, inventory and financial management of up to 3 geographical areas comprising more than 15 restaurants.  You are passionate about your work and have the relevant experience for the following:

• Managing teams in a dynamic, high-volume restaurant operation
• Ensuring consistent operational standards across all outlets within the assigned district
• Developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, increase profitability and exceed revenue targets
• Analysing sales data, KPIs and financial reports to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
• Collaborating with various departments like marketing, supply chain and human resources, to align goals and initiatives
• Conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback and implementing tranining programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
