Job Description
As a valued team member, you are integral to our culinary operation, responsible for preparing and cooking with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. By keeping our kitchen well-stocked and running smoothly, your role will ensure that only the finest foods are prepared. While you may have previous experience, here are some of the responsibilities you will be tasked with:
- Assist in preparing, cutting food ingredients and cooking across all stages of production
- Maintain the highest standards of food service quality, cleanliness and hygiene
- Ensure freshness and quality of all food items
- Ensure workstation and equipment are clean, organised, sanitised and sufficiently stocked
- Manage and maintain all inventories and equipment within the kitchen area.
- Thoroughly clean and organise cooking equipment
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
